Simply put, your maple smoked rock has been the missing link in my kitchen. I've used it to flirt with poultry and to take eggs out on the town. It takes a bagel with cream cheese on canoe trip and I'm tickled to find out where it will take my homemade pickles! I can't wait to try your custom cherry smoked salts!!!!

Upon review of your web site and salt making process, I am most impressed with it's simplicity and natural production. No preservatives, chemicals or harmful ingredients either to ingest or to in any way distract from the food that we might choose to enhance. I particularly like the addition of your smoked flavor salts, what a great idea. I must try them all as I believe that with a little trial and error and the right pairing, I'm sure would bring taste excitement to so many cooking creations.
