Vancouver Island Salt Co chosen as one of twenty food artisans from across the country to attend the Ace Artisan Incubator, this summer in Toronto.

We are so honored to be included in the Ace Artisan Incubator representing BC, Van Isle, and of course Cobble Hill (FYI, 2 of the 20 chosen hail from little ol' Cobble Hill......must be something in the water........). This is a fantastic undertaking by Ace Bakery and we cant wait to get to Toronto.
